Courtney Adams

Founder, Lead Trainer & Consultant

I’ve worked in the anti-trafficking and child protection field since 2012, beginning my career in New York City by leading awareness campaigns and public education events. What started as a passion for justice soon became a focused mission: to prevent child trafficking and exploitation before it begins.

That commitment led me to found and lead a 501(c)(3) nonprofit for nine years, where I worked directly with children in institutional care settings—many of whom had experienced severe trauma. These formative, hands-on experiences shaped my conviction that well-intended efforts must be matched with real expertise and trauma-informed practices.

Today, through Radiant Hope, I equip organizations, churches, donors, and caregivers with the training, strategy, and resources they need to protect children and create environments where healing is possible.

Why I Started Radiant Hope

I’ve seen firsthand how even the most compassionate people and organizations can unintentionally cause harm, especially when working in high-risk settings like orphanages, group homes, or short-term missions.

Radiant Hope exists to bridge the gap between good intentions and meaningful impact. It’s where field experience meets best practice, where honest conversations about risk lead to stronger, safer programs, and where education becomes the foundation for ethical care.

I created Radiant Hope not just as a consultancy, but as a movement—built from heartbreak, driven by hope.
