Building a network of existing organizations & equipping them with tools to restore identity and dignity.
Reducing vulnerability to injustice and breaking the cycles of poverty requires a collaborative effort. Our first step is simple: to build relationships, create a network of organizations that are currently working with vulnerable people, and deeply invest in our partners. We want to strengthen these organizations and the people working for them so that they healthy and resilient. To make sure this happens, we provide self-care retreats and facilitate connection within our network so they can find the support they need on a personal level to continue the work they do.
We want to ensure that those in our network understand the significance of knowing your value and are equipped to communicate this message to the people they serve. With the development our trauma-informed program, we will be applying these concepts to the unique services provided by our partners. It is important to us that they understand how they play a part in the restoration of identity and dignity.
